Last Thursday Night our hearts melted as we co-hosted the launching party for Bluegrass Women United, a newly formed organization ‘for women only’ under the umbrella of The United Way.  The goal of the group is to build an advocacy and funding base to support and enhance the lives of women and girls in the Bluegrass.  Our fashion show wowed the group with representation from age 4 to 50 (including 3 great mother/daughter pairs) and a broad variety of sizes and shapes of women too-proving once again that Isle of You has something for everyone.  Special thanks to Mary at Mulberry and Lime for letting this fantastic event take place in her fabulous store. Thanks also to Pat at Third Street Coffee for the treats n java, Betsy of Bulleit Bourbon for the warm, smooth drinks and to Harriet and the folks at Dupree Catering for yummy snacks.  It is an honor for Isle of You to be in the company of such strong women working for a common cause.  For more information about Bluegrass Women United or to make your donation go to www.bgcf.org. Hey Laaaydeeeez?!!!  Juicy is back at Isle of You!  We received velour suits in a beautiful crimson red (Veronica) and an incredibly classy teal blue dress perfect for Keeneland or Homecoming events.  There’s also a snuggly sweater, a sexy black turtleneck and a new version of a pullover hoodie that’s sure to be a hit.  Come on in and snuggle up to these lovelies…It’s chilly outside!

There’s a chill in the air here in Kentucky!  We feel it every time the UPS man opens the door and hands us new packages!  We’ve just received fresh goods from Free People, Weston Wear, Paul Frank and Herve Chapelier this week alone!  We don’t post all of our items on the website.
